By downloading, installing, or using Old Photo Life ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Old Photo Life is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to animate static photographs. The service includes both free and paid features accessible through in-app purchases.
3.1. The App does not require user registration for basic functionality.
3.2. Your device identifier is used to track your usage and subscription status.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activities that occur using your device.

4.3. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.5. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
5.1. You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App.
5.2. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the animation service.
5.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions for any photos you upload.

6.2. Photos are processed on secure servers and are automatically deleted after processing unless you choose to save them.
7.1. The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Old Photo Life and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. Our AI models, algorithms, and animation templates are proprietary technology.
You agree not to:

9.2. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9.3. Animation results may vary based on photo quality and content.
9.4. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Old Photo Life and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
12.2. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
12.3. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
